  • Seaman’s book
  • Senior Citizens ID

Proof of Address

You need to bring a Proof of Address, such as billing statements from utility or credit card companies under your name or the person opening the account. The statements have to be within 6 months.

If it’s under a different name, provide proof of certification of relationship or Barangay Certificate.

Initial Deposit

You need to bring PHP 2,000 for required initial deposit.

Latest Photo

Bring latest photo. If you don’t have latest pictures, have your photo taken in a photo studio as you will need to submit your latest 2×2 or 1×1 colored ID picture in the bank.


How To Open A UCPB Account?

1. Proceed to UCPB branch with your requirements.

Bring all of the requirements mentioned above, as well as the needed initial deposit for opening a UCPB savings account, to the nearest UCPB branch in your area.

2. Inform bank teller that you’ll open a new account.

Tell the bank officer at the new accounts desk that you want to open a new savings account. Obtain a queue number (if applicable) and wait your turn.

3. Fill and submit bank forms

You’ll get an application packet with numerous forms to complete once you have been accepted. Be sure to check all the information you’ll write and include on the forms to ensure there are no discrepancies between your application and your documentations.

4. Give your initial deposit

Make the first deposit necessary to start a regular UCPB savings account. The bank clerk would then give you a deposit slip once you’ve made your payment. This is required to process your account and ATM card. Return on the bank officer’s specified date to get your UCPB ATM card.
